Stefano Ciotti Chef

Marco Morosini studies the furniture and the “style” of the restaurant administered by the chef Stefano Ciotti and the collaborator Giorgia Stocchi. The craftsmanship characterizes the room and is perceptible as soon as you enter, in every detail. The masters have made the lamps in white majolica. The joiners and the blacksmiths have assembled solid wood and iron for the tables and the furnishings that give at the room an aura of avant-garde rurality. Everything has been conceived and built by hand in the labs of the local companais.
